Baby No 7 On The Way For 2Face As Annie Macaulay Is Pregnant

Gist coming from the grapevine has it that wife of Africa’s music superstar, 2Face Idibia, Annie Macaulay is pregnant. Those who claimed to be in the know revealed to Newsmen  that Annie is presently undergoing a nine month course.  

An industry source, who also claimed to be in the know of the beautiful former The Next Movie Star contestant, said that the mother of one has developed more growth at some strategic areas of her body, which is associated with expectant mothers.

The Ifiki, Akwa-Ibom State-born role interpreter has now cut down on her activities on popular social media site, Twitter for some time now. We learnt that Annie is planning to keep the news close to her chest as she does not want any unnecessary media attention over her present state.

You will recall that on Tuesday, May 1, 2012, Annie and 2Face had a secret marriage in Lagos only attended by some selected family and friends. This happened shortly after the African Queen crooner performed at his album launch concert at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos on April 30, 2012, which was only few hours before their secret wedding. On February 14, 2012, 2Face finally proposed to Annie after one of his babymamas, Pero Adeniyi was then pregnant with his sixth child. Annie presently has a daughter named Isabella for 2Face.

Annie Macaulay Idibia's Post Marriage Interview:2Face And I Are Not Perfect

For 13 years, she stood solidly behind and waited for the man of her dreams even when she was dumped by love. 

Her fighting and never-say-never spirit kept her believing that her 'runaway' dream man would come back to beg for her hand in marriage. At last, it finally came to pass. Annie Macaulay can be described at the female warrior of the old Northern region, Queen Aminat. 

On February 14, 2012 at Club 10, 2Face Idibia knelt before this woman of virtue to ask her hand in marriage after a lot of people have called her names. 

In this interview, Annie described her feelings about those difficult times. And to those who gave up on her, she only said nice and encourage words about them. What a woman! Here is excerpt from her first post marriage interview. 

Give us a brief introduction on who Annie Macaulay is?

I am a very simply person, an actress, a business woman, a mother and a wife!.

What made you want to become an actress? Childhood dream or career choice?.

Childhood dream. I also studied it in school. It’s something I really love and I am happy that God has put me in a place where I can actually live that dream.

How challenging has it been for you to stay in the movie industry?

It has not been easy, but God’s grace and favour is awesome.

Aside from acting do you have any other business you are into?

Yup! I do

Your life is in the public eye, what negative and positive effects has it had on you?

Negative: people are always in your business. Say what they like, true or false…mostly false..

Positive: I get a lot of favours, a lot of doors are easily opened. It is my life and I am going to live it to the fullest either way.

Let’s get a little bit personal. How did u feel when your hubby proposed? Did u know or have this feeling that something was up?

Awesome!!! You would feel the same if the man of your dreams gets on his knees and asks you to marry him…*smiles*.

After the proposal who was the first person you called?

My Mum.

Where did you guys get married? Was it a Traditional or white wedding or both?

We are legally married. The traditional and white would follow later. My husband and I are planning that. We will let you know.

You are a wife and a mother, how does that feel?.

It’s a great feeling. I feel totally blessed!–my kid is an awesome child. She brings me a lot of good luck. I have a great career which I love. A good man and we are happy.

People said a lot of things about you on Twitter after you got engaged to 2face Idibia. How did you handle it because I didn’t see you lash out at anyone?

Why would I lash out? Lol. Everyone has their own opinion about our relationship. That’s their problem. The truth is it doesn’t BOTHER me again, because we are very happy. We are not perfect but we have a happy home.

How approachable are you?? Do you choose who you talk and relate with?

It depends. Nowadays, I rather keep to myself though. I don’t mean I am being a snob. I am cool if you are cool. I don’t have any problems with anyone. Life is too short and I want to live mine to the fullest!

From meeting you, I will say you are a calm and reserved person. Do you think people judge you otherwise?

Yea, sometimes. They misunderstand me. But then I can’t please everyone. I will only do what I believe is right and try not to get in anyone’s way.

I would love to say: Free your heart and life from hate. Live a positive life and your dreams will fall into place.

2FACE HONOURS ANNIE MACAULAY AT ALBUM CONCERT(PHOTOS)

As if to reassure doubting Thomases of his love for his fiancee, 2face Idibia last night brought Annie Macaulay on stage at his ‘Buckwyld and Breathless‘ concert which took place at the Expo Hall of the Eko Hotels and Suites. 

 The pop icon was in the middle of performing his evergreen love ballad ‘African queen’ when Annie appeared on stage, sitting on a chair, backing the audience. 2face then approached her, handed her a bouquet of flowers and an Uvie crown (made of beads), similar to the crowns queens in the Benin kingdom adorn. 

 He then brought her towards the stage, as the audience applauded and Annie beamed a wide smile. It is not the first time Ms Macaulay, who featured in the original ‘African queen’ video, will join Idibia on stage to perform the song. On February 14, 2012, 2face made a surprise wedding proposal to Annie at Jay Jay Okocha‘s Club 10. 

 The pair have been inseparable since, even briefly holidaying in the US in March. None of Idibia’s other baby mamas – or any other woman for that matter – has been seen around the bestselling singer, since he proposed to Annie. We’re told their wedding will happen in a matter of months.

Few hours ago, we reported the news of 2Face's babymama's, Pero Adeniyi child birth. The news, which has spread like wild fire, has generated various reactions. 

The news has also gotten to the notice of Pero's rival, Annie Macaulay, who 2Face recently proposed to while Pero already about six months old pregnant. 

 According to tweet monitored by Newsmen, Annie tweeted some minutes ago, "If you mention me or cc (copy) me in any stup*d dumb as* tweet,[I] am so blocking you! #EnoughSaid." 

 A check on her handle shows no one has tweeted about this news at her as at press time. Is she warning fans from tweeting about Pero's birth at her because she knows tongues will wag? The question now is, what prompted this tweet from Annie?

2FACE BANS ANNIE FROM MOVIE LOCATION AND CHOOSE WEDDING DATE

Going by the information reaching our desk,star hip hop cum R n B singer Innocent Ujah Idibia popularly called Tuface is very serious with his marriage proposal to his heartthrob,actress Annie Macaulay. 

Despite being together with Annie almost all the time since February when the proposal took people unawares, the Implication crooner is candidly moving towards making the statement “Yes I Do”. As gathered from insider sources, the two entertainers are said to have chosen their traditional wedding date. According to the source, plans are seriously underway for this most controversial couple in entertainment industry to tie the nuptial knots. 

Tuface is said to have decided to conclude the traditional marriage rites of Ms. Macaulay at her home town in Akwa-Ibom State in the month of July, 2012. Annie who has allegedly received various kinds of insults from close pals of her rivals cum other baby mamas of her husband-to-be is set to introduce Tuface officially to her parents and family members. However, the two lovebirds are keeping mute on the wedding date. 

Further findings revealed that Tuface just banned Annie from movie locations. Tale has it that Annie had been contracted to star in a movie titled The Missionary Calling, produced by Chris Stainless Onyenso of The Ecclesiastes Productions, but did not show up on location, following strict warnings by her Prince Charming to stay away from movie locations until further notice. 

 Annie was supposed to play the lead, as the wife of a missionary,Chris,who upon realizing that the world had nothing good to offer, decided to serve the Lord and also spread the message to unbelievers. Two weeks after his shocking marriage proposal to his girlfriend and baby mama of 13 years,Innocent Ujah Idibia popularly known as 2face has finally opens up on why he chose to marry Annie Macauley, over and above Pero and Sumbo, who are mothers of his children.

I think it’s about time, I have known Annie for over 12 years, some things just made me realize that this is my woman and I couldn’t deny it any more. When are we getting married? Don’t worry, I will keep you posted.

BLOW BY BLOW ACCOUNT OF HOW 2FACE PROPOSED ANNIE MACAULAY

It appeared to be a movie script for the fast-rising Nollywood actress,Annie on Tuesday,February 14,2012.Coincidentally,it was Valentine,a day set aside for the celebration of love at the popular upscale JJ Okocha’s Club 10, Lagos,when 2face and Annie stepped inside around 11pm.

An insider told us that Annie didn’t know 2face had a plan until that night,adding that the whole arrangement was between 2face,Mary Ann Bassey,Annie’s cousin and former ex-beauty queen,and one Ayeri,2face’s best friend.

According to the plan,the source said, 2face was supposed to take Annie out on Valentine Day while Mary Ann Bassey and Ayeri was to make proper arrangement at the Club 10 and Prime Chinese Restaurant,where the engagement party was held.They were also to invite 2face and Annie’s friends and family members,which they did perfectly,all without Annie’s knowledge.

Some of the notable people at the club were P-Square,Kaffy,Tiwa Salvage,W4,Ruggedman,Annie’s families and friends.

We learnt that Annie was surprised seeing some of the notable faces,especially her cousin,Mary Ann because she did not expect seeing her out so late that night.

Annie was busy discussing with her friends because she didn’t understand why she’s seeing almost all her people,including her own brothers sources revealed.

Speaking further,our source narrated what happened.She said At about 1am,the music was stopped and Innocent Idibia has a mic with him and started making his speech,saying he met a young lady 12 years ago and they’ve have been through a lot and he apologized for all the wrong he had done in the past.

By then,he was already walking towards her…and said he really loves her,nothing that he had just one question to ask her.Then,he went down on his knees and asked her calling her full names,Annie Uwana Macauley,will you marry me(him)? she narrated.

Our source,who was also at the club said 2face was so nervous that he thought Annie would say No.

Annie,however,didn’t believe what happening,she cried all through before she finally said YES,YES,YES, she added.

We reliably gathered that 2face was so happy that he made a statement saying,he should have done this a long time ago.

Tuface made the right choice with Anne- Ruggedman

RUGGEDMAN has said that Tuface couldn't have made a better choice, in response to tweets that he was not the right person to talk about reports that the African Queen" crooner had planned to finally marry Anne Macauley, mother of one of the prolific musicians six children.

Considered by many as a subtle publicity stunt to help reposition Anne in the entertainment industry, the rapper said Anne had several avenues to use that would get her publicity and wouldn't resort to using marriage as a ploy to be in the news.

"I have known Anne for a long time, she could easily have used the videos she has featured in to get publicity but didn't.

“As a mother of 2face's daughter, she has earned a good image already, this is no repositioning stunt as speculated,“ the rapper told R.

For his complicity in the crash of 9ice and Tony Payne's marriage, many have queried the Rugged one's motive in being the first to announce the planned nuptials, but the rapper would have none of that. "It was not even 2Face that told me, it was P-Square.

"I rushed down to where the marriage proposal took place, and an acceptance made, and I tweeted what I saw, no big deal.

"Naturally Pero may not feel too cool about the announcement, but 2face has made his choice and as a friend, I have to support him.

“That I announced it first or last does not remove the fact that marriage is a blissful thing and I am happy for the two of them. I have known them for over 12 years now, that is my own way of responding to the good news. Others will have reacted differently." he said.

2FACE IDIBIA OPENS MULTI-MILLION BOUTIQUE FOR FIANCEE,ANNIE MACAULAY

In what some have dubbed the triumph of love, Annie Macaulay was filled with tears of joy on Tuesday night in Lagos when Innocent Idibia popularly known as Tuface finally proposed to her.

It was a fitting climax for an unsteady romance between the rising Nollywood actress cum model and her R&B super star lover who has been with her for over 13 years.

Innocent Idibia chose the romantic night of Valentine’s Day (February 14) to pop the million dollar question at posh Victoria Island-based hangout, Club 10, owned by Ex-Super Eagles captain, JayJay Okocha.

At the event which was witnessed by a small crowd that included a few friends as well as other revellers, the musician presented a specially made ring which it was learnt cost N4.5 million Naira to his lover.

The loverbirds have since made their engagement public with their pictures littering the social media.

2face has already started introducing Annie afresh as,”Meet my wife,the woman of my dreams”.

And from what we were told,they would likely tie the knot this year.

Further findings revealed that 2face has surprised Annie with a multi-million naira boutique stocked with all you can think of in Ikota Shopping Complex.

According to source,2face sent Annie shopping to America in December and when she came back he surprised her with the keys of the boutique and told her he was proud of her.

They have named the boutique,Forever Young and plan on opening it In March.

According to a new and yet unconfirmed report,circulating round the blogsville says the talented musician has branched out an olive leaf to his two baby mamas, Pero Adeniyi and Sumbo Ajaba, who lost out in the battle for his soul.

That’s where my heart led me to.

Why Valentine’s Day?

That’s when it happened. It just so happened to be the time I felt the need to make that move.

Considering that you have known her for such a long time and what has happened with you with the women and the children, when did you decide to make the move?

It was part of my New Year resolution to follow my heart this year.

How did the thought come into your mind?

Like any other thought about something important. You start feeling the need to do something or go somewhere different from deep within. Then you just make your move one time. No shaking.

When do you plan to tie the knot?

We will let you know soon enough.

Why did it take you so long to finally make this decision?

I needed to get there, you know, reach the point wey e be say, gbagam! My mind, heart and everything dey ready.

The timing for marriage should not be determined by any outside influence my guy. If you are not ready for it don’t commit to it because some people think you should.

Were you nervous before you popped the question?

Yes I was but I was sure of what I was doing.

What if she had turned down the offer?

Wow! I would have asked again.

Can you really be a one-woman man?

Na the journey I don start so now, abi?

What will change now that you are about to get married?

Everything that needs to change.

What is your relationship with the other mothers of your children?

Same at it has been all the while. Cordial mostly. I’ve still got respect for them because we have kids together.

Do you know their reaction to this decision?

I know it may be difficult if any one happens to still be attached emotionally but I can only hope they understand that that’s where my heart is.

Other women have been associated with you in the past five years. Pero, as a matter of fact, is expecting a third child for you soon. One would have expected that the woman with three children would be your option. Not that you owe it anyone, but can you explain the reason for your choice?

Wow! And someone else would say it should have been the mother of my eldest child. Another person will even argue that it should be the lady that has been with me for the longest time. These are matters of the heart. They can’t always be analysed like that. Sometimes you no fit analyse am at all sef.

Being that you had three women to choose from, at least seemingly, what it is about Annie that decided it for you?

My mind, my body, my soul, my heart chose her.

Now that you have decided to settle down with your ‘True love’, your ‘African Queen’, how will this affect your song writing?

It will add more inspiration.

This is because,two baby “mamas”,actress Annie Macaulay and Sunbo Ajara have taken huge steps to settle the bitter rift that has existed between them in many years. 

This impressive development was discerned few days back when Annie’s daughter to Tuface,called Isabella turned three years old.After the birthday celebration which had few of their family members and close friends,sources revealed that Sunbo who was unavoidably absent posted congratulatory messages to Annie on her twitter wall,an improvement that would not have occurred many years back when the dark skin actress would have received bags of insults from other baby mamas for celebrating her daughter’s birthday in presence of Tuface.

After copying Tuface,Annie stated: “Happy birthday to Isabel Idibia!!! She is 3 years today.
