How Ruggedman Made A Fool Of himself Because of N100,000- Ejiro Okhipwo

You must have read Ruggedman’s accusations about Abuja based promoter  Ejiro Okhipwo. Well, he  responded in an interview withTatafonaija

Here is his side of the story

Ruggedman: CALLED ME: begging to be on the event list of awardees and performance with his so called backup singer on a faithful day. We accepted he should attend the event as an award winner and also do a performance for his fans. In this said informal agreement we on our own side are expected to do him a to and fro air ticket from Lagos for two persons, him and his so call backup singer, hotel accommodation, and feeding for the time they will be staying.

We sent him the tickets reference number(ZYRBRL-Aero contractors) and he came into Abuja on Friday the 25th of October 2013 and was picked up from the airport without delay. He was also checked into a classic hotel (Top Rank Galaxy Hotel,2 rooms) alongside other celebrities as agreed, with food and drinks on ground for him to enjoy a day before the event.

But unfortunately for us ruggedman refused to pick calls placed to him to get the N100.000 agreed upon by the two parties. In fact, Him ruggedman went ahead to even show some other artistes that also came for the event with him in the same hotel we kept him, that see, see, see the organizers of the event are calling me I will not pick, I will make them suffer since they have refused to see me since yesterday when I arrived, we really wondered why our own ruggeedman would wish to disgrace himself over a N100. 000 ONLY. At least we expected that he picks his calls and we talk on how he wants the payment to come to him, if we can invite all the Nollywood acts, artistes and comedians like him why should we not want to pay him a little amount of N100.000 ONLY.

Mr Ejiro,what are your final words

RUGGEDEMAN IS REALLY A VERY BAD PERSON THAT’S WHY HE HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO WRITE ANY GOOD SONG AGAIN. He will continue to go down as far as we are concern and this is because he is no more an A CLASS artist and we went ahead to invite him to be awarded JUST TO HELP HIM BACK ON HIS FEET AS A FORMER TOP GUNNER IN MUSIC but what we have received from him was him trying to insult our personality by putting up a very inciting news with the name of the MBGA event on the net.

 We are very sorry for him because he is going to pay the MBGA for all damages he has caused the event. He was abandoned at the hotel in Abuja after the event because he refused to perform his own part of the informal agreement as an artiste so he shouldn’t expect the MBGA to pay for his fair back to Lagos.

He is a very nonsensical  element and should be treated as such. This same ruggedman stayed in that same hotel on our bills from Friday a day to the event to Monday two days after the event. So we toldthe hotel to check him out once its 12noon on Monday the 28th of October 2013.

Rugged man will hear from us very soon, our lawyers will serve him for damages and he will pay from his nose but its funny the unfortunate thing is that even if he’s sued he doesn’t have a dime to pay the MBGA. He is a poor rat that should be down trying to be up again but contrary is the case because he decided to bite the finger that feed him.

He keeps fighting all the days of his life because he is a bad person, we appeal to all our fans to be clam and be good. Better things are still on the way for us all. We have decided to move Nigeria to the next level and the likes of ruggedman can never put the MBGA down. He is down as an artist and that remains his business.

HOWEVER RUGGEDMAN I FORGIVE U GO AND BEG GOD FOR HIS FORGIVENESS STOP TRYING TO HUMILIATE ME AS A PROMOTER, THE TRUTH IS THAT YOU SHOULD NOT USE ME AS A PROMOTER TO PROMOTE YOUR NEW ALBUM.

I do not know why i always want to help out. I guess its my nature but it gives room for a ot of people to take advantage and repay my good with evil. It has happened once too many and i am tired of it and this Ejiro Okhipwo will not go unexposed for the fraudster/trickster that he is.

He is the promoter of the so called most beautiful girl pageant in Abuja,so i was told when i met him a few months ago while in the middle of a messed up promoters event,i guess they know each other smh. We became friends and i agreed to make an appearance at his October 26th event in Abuja for an honourarium of 100k penre, all for promoting my artist o. Na there i enter one chance.

1. He delayed till the Friday before his event to get in touch with me and pleaded to pay 50k into my account to balance off as soon as we landed Abuja. As a good person i agreed,since i had already given my word.

2. By 3.30pm no bank alert and i thought he was trying to wait till 4pm when bankswould have closed to say “we have paid the money,but i guess they didd not post it in time thats why you havent gotten the alert”. So i called and asked that the person with the cash should be waiting for us at the airport.

Thinking i was dealing with a rational human being,i decided to head to Abuja so that it wont be said that i refused to come because of the lean change he did not send.

LANDED ABUJA 8:30PM and no cash at the airport,no Ejiro Okhipwo either. We proceeded to the hotel where we stayed until the next day. No welfare,i had to take care of everything from my pocket o (make hungry no kill us where we dey wait for useless people in Jesus name…).

SATURDAY 5:00PM still no word or the presence of Ejiro Okhipwo but someone called fuja who works for him brought two packs into my room. On opening it i found some cold,milkless,sugarless oatmeal. The second pack contained boiled yam,under friend plantain under baked beans LWKMD. I wondered if it was breakfast,lunch or both….at 5PM O.

The event was slated to start by 7pm and by 6pm i sent Ejiro Okhipwo a BB message that i will not leave the hotel room if he doesnt pay what was agreed because i was already suspecting foul play. No response and we lounged till the next day.

SUNDAY: hotel management informs us that Ejiro Okhipwo said everyone should check out of the hotel by 12noon. We called him only for him to send me txt messages that “i am heartless for not coming to his show and will fuck me up” LMAO!!!

A show that he did not pay the lean honourarium “we” agreed to? The deal was to pay before i leave Lagos,i even managed to get to Abuja and he did not have the courtesy to come see us? Even if he did not have the money to pay,i have done loads of free shows for small time promoters like him. His would not have killed me.Now here he was threatening to fuck me up. I laughed so hard.

A few people i know called him and he kept bragging and threatening (over the phone) that he will deal with me and fuck me up.

Finally: Mr Ejiro Okhipwo i have been in Abuja since then and i have not seen you let alone getting fucked up by you (if i hear).

I have even had enough time to apply for and get visas for me and my artist and yet we havent seen you.

Desmond,your PAs friend was involved in an accident and suffered internal bleeding while driving artists who came for your event and when you were told all you said was “its none of your business”. God will forgive you.

The girls you brought from Lagos who worked for you and you ran off without paying them or giving them transport fare to go back will never forgive you.

The babe (name witheld) you brought from Lagos and you abandoned her in the hotel (because she no give you do) will never forgive you.

Mr Ejiro Okhipwo of most beautiful girl in abuja,so many people speak ill of you and i pray to God that you change your evil ways. I wont say its because you are short (short man devil) because i know a lot of great short men. I guess you think you are smart and can use and abandon people,but you are far from smart. Your days are numbered and karma is a bitch.

You keep saying commissioners are your friends,the IG is your friend. So? They are not above the law and will not stoop as low as to support your stupid antics. The same IG that is against crime? He will probably end up locking you up.

I wrote this so people and especially fellow artists should beware of the moronic abuja entertainment fraudster called Ejiro Okhipwo. If you must work with him (at your own risk) COLLECT ALL YOUR MONEY and RETURN TICKETS before you fly to Abuja,because you might not see him after the event and dont be surprised if he threatens to fuck you up lol!!!

Ruggedman's Rugged Records signs singer Mbryo

Rugged Records,on the11th of September 2012 officially signed its first act after a long time of being in existence. For a while now Ruggedman has been the only act on the label and when asked,the artiste/CEO said it was because he was waiting to sign the right artiste. He has now signed a singing sensation named MBRYO. 

You will see him featured on Ruggedmans "Ruggedy Baba pt 2" produced by Blaize Beatz that was released a few months back. As a move to promote his new act and the label,Ruggedman is dropping a collaboration album introducing Mbryo real soon.They have been in the studios working towards the release.

The photoshoot for the album cover and Mbryos contract signing both took place inside Urban Touch studios in Ikeja. The album will feature new tracks from Ruggedman and Mbryo.With guest appearances by Terry G and Fumbi.

Tuface made the right choice with Anne- Ruggedman

RUGGEDMAN has said that Tuface couldn't have made a better choice, in response to tweets that he was not the right person to talk about reports that the African Queen" crooner had planned to finally marry Anne Macauley, mother of one of the prolific musicians six children.

Considered by many as a subtle publicity stunt to help reposition Anne in the entertainment industry, the rapper said Anne had several avenues to use that would get her publicity and wouldn't resort to using marriage as a ploy to be in the news.

"I have known Anne for a long time, she could easily have used the videos she has featured in to get publicity but didn't.

"Naturally Pero may not feel too cool about the announcement, but 2face has made his choice and as a friend, I have to support him.

Cossy Reacts Furiously To Comments On Picture With Ruggedman

Unarguably one of the most controversies-happy Nollywood actresses, Cossy Orjiakor, has always found one way or the other to get herself on the lips of her fans, get written about by the ever ready press and others who have not seen her in movies lately.

Maybe to her, swimming in the waters of controversies will make her stay relevant in the showbiz business she came on in some years ago. 

On October 1, the day Nigeria celebrated her 51st independence celebration, Cossy took a picture with controversial rapper, Ruggedman, at the album listening party of one of his label artistes, Chynedu.

To support a brother, Cossy was at the event to catch fun and also to promote her new single, My Body. This movie scarce actress posted a picture she took with the ruggedy himself on the internet and it got its way into some entertainment sites. 

The picture generated a lot of comments with condemnations. Most commentators frowned at the way Cossy exposed and flaunted her oranges to the delight of Ruggedman. In a furious reaction to the many comments she has received because of the said picture, this orangeticious Imo tiny voiced beau said, “for just a picture, I am getting quotations from the Bible and the Quran. 

I am a sinner, but what about you? For all have sinned and have come short of the glory of God.” If you think Cossy does not know a bit of the Bible, she has just quoted a part of the Bible (Romans 3:23) to her accusers.

 But Cossy, according to Ruggedman in his controversial song, Eh Eh, “if it is rap you want to do, then do. If it is Fuji, then face that.” This means, if it is the acting profession you want to do, do, if it is music, face it, and if it is CONTROVERSIES you feel like doing, all the best.

Goldie and Ruggedman colaborated to Fight Fan Dirty on twitter

I remember when I was in school, the first news writing tip I got was that, ‘when a dog bites a man, it is not news, but when vis a vis, then it becomes a good story.’ That is why much is expected from celebs to stay out of bad publicity. 

Goldie and Ruggedman threw decorum away when they both took on a fan on a social networking site, twitter on Monday October 10. 

The fan with the twitter handle, akegag, tweeted, “Ruggedman deserves to die after making us endure all the wacky s**t he makes us hear, It would be cool if he was dead though, wack rapper.”

In a reply, Ruggedman tweeted, “please twifam, join me as I mourn the death of akegag, he died of a homos*xual related disease, he was a gay.” 

In a support of to colleague in the music industry, Goldie picked on akegag when she tweeted, “you are telling celebs that they should die, it is uncalled for. The other day, you said I wasn’t worth it, I ignored you.”

Ruggedman tweeted these curses on akegag, “Father Lord God, for akegag and anyone like him, let his prosperity be cut off; and in the generation following, let their names be blotted out and cut off the memory of them from the earth. Let his children continually be vagabonds, and beg; let them seek bread in desolate places. Let his prayers become sin. In Jesus name I have prayed. AMEN.”

While Ruggedman was doing the curses prayer, the following was going on between Goldie and akegag. Akegag: “When will Goldie change her weave, it is nasty now, maybe it is Brazilian.

Goldie: “You will be nothing but a fake wack bas***d who thrives on twitter famzing and will be forgotten as soon as a new social network comes up.”

Akegag: “Shut up hot kini. Goldie an ugly whore spotting fake weave-on! National cake, f**k anywhere belle face 

Goldie: “No wonder you are confused, your uncle actually paid to f**k your mother. So sad you don’t even know who your daddy is. Meaning your mother was a never do well whore who f**ked whatever was paid to her to, including rodents and pigs.

Akegag: I bet you slept with all the producers and they did you till all your hair fell off, hence, the weave on. Goldie is actually her stripper name and Ruggedman will remain rugged and wretched. Goldie sang you don’t need to pay to touch her body. I guess she’s a free bi**h with a bald hair-do.

But in a turn around, Goldie tweeted, “I really appreciate your uncalled for insults to me today, they have made me stronger. I am also sorry for replying you in the same vain. God help us all.” 

Akegag replied, “.You insulted me first. All I said was your hair do and you descended on me.” And to Ruggedman, “Thanks for the prayers; I don’t think God answers such. You are still dumb though.”

CONTROVERSIAL RAPPER,RUGGEDMAN IN THEFT SCANDAL

Michael Stephens,popularly known as Ruggedman, veered into the fashion industry in 2008.

He relaunched his fashion line with new collections from his T.S.W (20th September Wear) last month.

 The rapper has been accused of borrowing 'heavily' from the creativity of an upcoming designer, Natischa Harvey.

 A similarly designed pair of shoes in Harvey's 2010 collection called 'Fever Shoes' has been spotted on Ruggedman's T.S.W new collections. A Nigerian lady on twitter accusing him of stealing shoe design for his 2011 T.S.W apparel.

'WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW ruggedman STOLE his ENTIRE shoe collection from Fevershoes…WOW'. 'WOW @Ruggedybaba you no try at all o. You STOLE your ENTIRE shoe collection from Natischa Harvey's Fever Shoes… WOW really tho????' 'I know Fever shoe are not super popular, but still come on! anh anh. He wasn't even subtle about it'. 'He didn't even change the colour and tweak the design a little'

Ruggedman denied claims TSW new shoe collections ripped off of NAtischa Harvey's Fever Shoes when he tweeted this in reply.

Veteran Nigerian hip-hop artiste, Ruggedman releases his very own fashion line called T.S.W.

He would be having an official launch for T.S.W with a music show to go with it on Sunday, 25th of September 2011 at the Hub Media Store in the Palms, Lekki.
