Yahoozee Crooner, Olu Maintain Dumps US Lover, Natalie For Mochedda?

According to reports reaching us from some industry sources and what Nigeriafilms gathered from a report, all may not be too well anymore between Olu Maintain and his US sweetheart, Natalie Nunn.

This is because there are tales that the Yahoozee crooner has dumped her for up and coming Nigerian singer, Mochedda. 

We were told that Olu is gradually getting fond of Mocheddah, who we learnt he has once vowed to some friends to go down low with. The report we monitored has it that both Olu and Mochedda are presently planning to do a duet together. 

Our source said that Natalie is not too aware of this development (romance between Olu and the singer) as she is always been told by Olu and his friends that Mochedda is just a colleague. They were said to have always try to cover up for Olu whenever she suspects anything near that. 

Recall that Natalie has not hidden her love for Olu. After featuring in Olu's music video 'Nawti', she openly agreed that Olu is a sweetheart. This was in one of her interviews. 

Olu has also not hidden his love for women. He most times loves to be around them. His last hit song, 'Nawti', according to him, was made for the women. 

Mochedda has severally been linked with more than one celebrities. She reportedly dated one of the Skunki brothers. She was also involved in a nude picture scandal with Eldee. Recently, she was reported to be in a hot romance with one oil and gas big boy prince.

Ice Prince Had Always Wanted To Date Me - Mo’Cheddah

Ko Ma Roll crooner and top Yoruba rapper, Modupe Oreoluwa otherwise known as Mo'Cheddah is currently in a pool of dilemma.

The dilemma, exclusively gathered by Nigeria DailyPost has been giving her sleepless night. The young and petite rapper recently opened up that Oleku singer, Ice Prince has been expressing his love for her but she's in doubt.

He is my friend. A very good friend of mine. He is always proclaiming his love for me but I don't believe him. But he is my very good friend. 
He is a beautiful rapper.

I love the texture of his voice. His wordplay is amazing and his use of words shows he is widely read. He is intelligent.

Listening to him, you just know that intellectually, he is sound. As a rapper, I really, really, really, really like Ice Prince.

WHY MO'CHEDDAH LEFT RECORD LABEL KNIGHTHOUSE

Nigerian Pop Diva Mo'Cheddah has parted ways with Knighthouse, The Creative Entertainment Company that shot her to Limelight. The Artiste who Just concluded her first degree at the University of Lagos issued a joint Press release with Knighthouse to announce the End of thier Business Relationship.

ngly Greedy and that a Finiancial disagreement is responsible for the Break-up. They say with the success of her new single "See Me", Mo' has demanded an upward review of the revenue sharing formula between her and Knighthouse but the Label's CEO MR Rogba Arimoro and its Director Temi Gomez has disagreed with her new demands. A consensus was not reached .

Rapper-singer Mocheddah and her management company KnightHouse announced today, that they will no longer be working together.

The debutant, who has just obtained her B.Sc from the University of lagos, told journalists in Lagos she's 'moving on to search for other opportunities' while still maintaining a close personal relationship with KnightHouse, the label that discovered and nurtured her to stardom.

KnightHouse CEO Rogba Arimoro says the label is proud of what it has achieved with the act in over half a decade and ' we wish her very well in all her future endeavours'.

'We will continue to support one another and make sure the relationship remains as cordial as possible' both parties said in the statement.

Mocheddah has in the past year, won the prestigious Channel O awards for most gifted female video as well as being named the MTV Brand New act in 2011.

Her debut album Franchise Celebrity was released to enormous critical and commercial acclaim in 2011.

'I'm working on new projects both for myself and with my colleagues. And I'm excited about the promises the future holds and I pray God sees me through all the way.

No word yet on whether she's planning to become self-signed, or if she's moving to another label.

Over the years, we’ve seen her win big accolades from the Channel O music awards to the MAMAs but know little about that young student. Well, Mo’Cheddah has completed her degree in Creative Arts at the University of Lagos and is ready to blow up fully as an artiste. And to mark this beginning, she held a private party with friends at the Hush Lounge, Ikoyi, Lagos on Friday January 27 2012.

Talented singer,Modupe Ola popularly known as Mocheddah was conspicuously absent at the Nigeria version of the Grammys,The Headies held on Saturday,October 22,2011,at the New Exhibition Hall of the Eko Hotel and Suites,Victoria Island,Lagos.


Even though she was not nominated,her song,Ko Ma Roll directed by Gini was nominated as Best Music Video but lost to DJ Tee.


The reason,we learnt,was as a result of the recent unclad picture hullabaloo and a source close to her management said they have decided that she stopped attending public functions for now.


In another development, we gathered that Mocheddah now moves about with bodyguards to avoid bullying or any form of harassment.

Fast rising female hiphop act Mochedah will on Sunday October 16 clock 21 and to celebrate her birthday.

The beautiful rapper will be hosting friends,colleagues and family to an exclusive party at the multi-million naira mansion of hip hop duo P Square in Omole Ikeja,Lagos.
