Drake Disses Chris Brown In New Aaliyah Collaboration — Listen

Drake has been hinting of a collaboration with Aaliyah since March — using unheard vocals from the late singer. Following an initial celebration of the “Enough Said’s” release, fans are furious that Drake potentially dissed Chris Brown in his featured verse.

Drake raps, “Selling under 150, you ni—s gotta be kidding, is this even a discussion?” Of course, that line could refer to any one of today’s rappers, but Chris released his Fortune album last month, selling 135,000 copies during its first week, compared to Drake’s take of 600,000 with Take Care.

Fans seem to think that Drake IS dissing Chris on the track. A few listeners said: @toyas_world It was disrespectful that Drake chose an Aaliyah track to diss Chris Brown. There is a time & place for everything & this wasn’t it.

@In_Boss_U_Trust Is the Drake song with Aaliyah in it really a diss to Chris Brown cuz if so, that’s disrespectful @Cazba21 Now I love Drake but not sure reworking Aaliyah for 10 year anniversary and “dissing” Chris Brown in it is really in the right spirit! We have to agree.

We love the newly released track, but using the hyped collaboration for a stab at Chris seems inappropriate. Drake also dissed Chris during an interview in The Jewish Chronicle when he stated, “I would deem myself the first person to successfully rap and sing.” Ouch!

BOXING PROMOTER OFFERS DRAKE AND CHRIS BROWN $1M FOR A ‘REMATCH’

Singers Chris Brown and Drake have been offered $1 million each to continue their fight in the boxing ring. The offer was reportedly made by billionaire, Alki David through boxing promoter Damon Feldman, and it involves a $1 million grant to charity if the duo take on the challenge.

Speaking with the New York Daily News newspaper, Feldman said, ‘Obviously they have a grudge. It’s just three one-minute rounds. No one will get seriously hurt.’ He said the pay-per-view event will hold in either Las Vegas or Los Angeles and suggested Saturday, August 25, 2012, as the date.

On who he would like to have as the ring girl, Feldman expressed interest in Rihanna, saying that although he’s sure she will decline the offer, he is sure she will watch the punch-fest. However, representatives from both camp are yet to declare any interest in the game.

The two artistes were recently involved in a fracas in the W.I.P nightclub, Manhattan, which led to a free for all fight injuring eight people, including NBA star, Tony Parker. Meanwhile, rapper 50 cent has thrown his weight behind Chris Brown.

He said this during an interview with California radio station KMEL, ‘I would take Chris…I guess it’s cause of all the physical things I see him doing with dancing and moving. He be slipping and moving. I don’t see Drake doing that. Chris be having his shirt off. He got one of them MMA fighter looks. Like he might have did karate when he was a kid.

He’s kicking, doing splits and stuff. This could really get interesting’ he said. Though the likelihood of the boxing match happening remains slim, one sure thing is the frenzy it will generate in the minds of the fans of both artistes.

Chris Brown Disses Drake On Twitter

Chris Brown and Drake‘s infamous bar fight has haunted both of them, but Chris seems to be taking a shot at Drake with a provocative new tweet!

Chris, 23, took to Twitter on June 19 to write, “Don’t put yourself in a situation that you can’t handle. Certain lifestyles aren’t for everybody.”

We’re guessing that he’s challenging Drake, 25, and his manhood with this very pointed message! Do YOU think Chris’ tweet is about Drake,

innocent girl caught in the middle when DRAKE and CHRIS BROWN turned a nightclub into a war-zone(PHOTOS)

Hip-hop rivals Chris Brown and Drake turned a New York City nightclub into a war zone that sent four innocent bystanders to the hospital early Thursday when they started a brutal brawl over the pop music diva Rihanna.

One of the club-goers caught in the middle was Hollie C, an Australian tourist who was rushed to Bellevue Hospital after she was smashed in the head with a flying bottle during the fight. A gruesome photo shows a gash in her head and her face covered with blood.

She needed 16 stitches to close the wound. Witnesses say the two recording stars started fighting after Chris Brown sent Drake a bottle of Champagne as a peace offering. Drake reportedly sent the bottle back with a note: 'I'm f****** the love of your life, deal with it.'

CHRIS BROWN Talks to Cops Lawyer Goes After Drake

Chris Brown has spoken with New York Police Dept. detectives about the bar fight that left a gash in his chin ... and law enforcement sources tell us his lawyer has given the NYPD "physical evidence" which allegedly shows Drake was involved in the melee.

We're told Chris' lawyer, Mark Geragos, went to the NYPD late today to present evidence showing that Drake and Meek Mill were the aggressors, but earlier in the day Chris spoke with Detectives at an undisclosed location in NYC. Cops tell us Chris is not currently a suspect but rather "a witness and a victim."

We're also told Drake is not currently a suspect. On the other side, we're told Drake has been "cooperating" with authorities, but we do not know if he has spoken to cops -- it appears his representatives have had conversations with detectives.

Sources tell us ... the bad guy here may be someone in Chris' camp, who was inciting Drake and his people all night. As we previously reported both Chris and Drake were trash talking each other before the fight, flipping each other off and what not.

I Didn't Beat Up Chris brown--DRAKE

Drake is adamant ... he is not responsible for the bloody gash on Chris Brown's face ... claiming he was simply leaving the nightclub when the brawl broke out ... but sources tell us, the fight started after Chris Brown and a rapper at Drake's table started trash talking each other.

The rapper hanging with Drake -- Meek Mill -- was screaming at Chris and Chris was giving it right back to Meek Mill. One of Chris' lieutenants was also involved in the screaming match.

Our sources would NOT say what specifically they were arguing about -- partly out of fear that someone will get hurt. But we are told the argument was NOT over Rihanna. One source says Chris was hurt when Meek Mill hit him with a bottle.

A rep for Drake tells TMZ ... "Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began." The rep adds, "[Drake] did not engage in any activity which resulted in injury to person or damage to property.”

Chris Brown and Drake fight at NYC club over Rihanna

Last night in New York, Chris Brown and Drake got into a fist fight over Rihanna, leaving Chris with a bloody gash on his chin. According to reports, Chris and Drake both showed up at club WIP and Chris sent Drake's table a bottle of champagne.

Drake allegedly sent the bottle back with a note attached that read: "I'm f**king the love of your life. Get over it." Chris went over to Drake's table to confront him, and before anyone could stop it, fists and bottles started flying.

Five people were injured in the fight, including Chris who later Tweeted a photo of his injury, along with the message; How u party wit rich n**** that hate? Lol... Throwing bottles like girls? #shameonya!" No arrests were made...

You sure you're not an item? Rihanna and Drake fuel romance rumours

They've been linked romantically together numerous times but so far both Rihanna and Drake have brushed off rumours they're dating. But they're doing little to dispel speculation in their new joint video for Drake's single Take Care as they demonstrate their chemistry.

Drake released the clip yesterday, which showed the pair cosying up as they embrace in a number of intimate clinches. Rihanna smokes up the screen with her off shoulder white chunky knit cardigan. And the pair were happy to get close for the promo as they embraced in a number of intimate cuddles.

Drake sings the track as he strokes Rihanna's bare shoulder while she smoulders and rests her head on his chest. The clips of the two superstars are interspersed with images of flying birds, snowly landscapes and charging bulls to add to the s*xy feel to the video. And it's not only the clip itself which has caused a stir, re-fuelling murmurs of a relationship between Rihanna and Drake.

The director of the video, Yoann Lemoine, also ignited rumors last month when he described the closeness the stars share. He told MTV News: 'They seemed to be super close and that's what I wanted for the video. Visually, it's a very humble video. ... It's not crazy.

Lil Wayne Says Nothing Can 'Touch' Drake's

There are few albums more highly anticipated than Drake's upcoming Take Care, but fans aren't the only ones eagerly awaiting a listen.

Drizzy's Young Money boss Lil Wayne has yet to hear the November 15 LP in its entirety, but he's impressed with what he has heard so far.

"I actually haven't got a chance to listen to all of it, but I heard a few songs," Wayne told MTV News while on the set for Birdman's "Y.U. Mad" video in Miami.

Weezy has never been shy with his "Best Rapper Alive" boasts, but when it comes to Drake and his new album, he plays second fiddle. "I can tell, you know, I don't know nothing else out there that can touch it, including my stuff.

That kid is on another planet," he said. Part of what impresses the Young Money CEO is the Toronto MC's knack for making relatable music. In fact, Drake told MTV News that his latest single with Nicki Minaj, "Make Me Proud," which they performed together last weekend on "Saturday Night Live," was conceptualized after a regular, everyday conversation.

"Whenever I make songs surrounding women, I always try to find refreshing stances to take as opposed to just like, "Oh, you're s*xy" or "Oh, I want you." The song, it really came up in passing conversation, just being like, "I'm proud of you," " Drake said of the T-Minus-produced song.
