Check out the reason why Olamide and Wande Coal don't speak to each other

It's no longer news that Wande Coal and hip hop rave  of the moment, Olamide are not the closest of buddies in the entertainment scene today but what is news is how they became estrange. According to information gathered by NET the enmity is believed to have started back in late 2012 when Olamide released his YBNL album.

On the track titled ‘Picture’, Olamide rapped about not letting his guard down when it comes to interacting with obsessed female fans. ‘Oloso (prostitutes) thinking of how to ruin me, but I know what I’m doing/they want to Wande Coal me, they want to Davido me,’ he rapped. Both Wande Coal and Davido have been involved in controversies over nude/half nude photos purportedly leaked by women. (Photo below) Wande Coal, we are told, was not impressed by Olamide’s reference to the incident.

Months later, when Ice Prince was recording songs for his Fire of Zamani album, he called on Wande Coal, Yung L and Olamide to feature on a track called ‘Gimme dat’. Wande Coal had wrapped up his verse when he found out Olamide would also be featured on the song. Sources say Wande wasn’t pleased with that and asked that he should not be featured on the same track with Olamide.

Ice Prince, we are told, was forced to take Wande Coal’s verse off the song and replace it with a verse fromBurna Boy. The song, produced by Chopstix, was released for digital download on April 24, 2013. Interestingly, a previous version of the song, which featured Wande Coal’s verse, leaked on the internet four months later, August 23, 2013.
NET reached out to both parties over the situation, but they had not responded as at the time this report was filed.

Most Kept Secret : Wande Coal Finally Accepts He Has A Love Child

Former Mavin Records artist, Oluwatobi Wande Ojosipe, better known as Wande Coal, has opened up on what has been his best kept secret saying he has a five year old son whom he affectionately called Coal Jnr.

Speaking with P.M.NEWS recently, the Black Diamond star said rather than being subjected to crude speculations by some mischievous groups, he would want to reveal the private side of him that many didn’t know.

“Nobody is going to surprise me anymore. Let me then announce to the whole world that I already have a five-year old son. I had the boy since 2008 before I released my debut album,‘Mushin 2 Mo’Hits’. I have been keeping it secret ever since then but think it’s high time people should know.

” Wande, who on Tuesday 28 January was unveiled as Globacom’s latest ambassador, said this is a new era in his life and would love to clear the air on many of those subjects including his controversial exit from his last label, Mavin Records, relationship with Don Jazzy and D’Banj.

According to Mushin-Lagos-bred singer, there was no beef prior to his leaving Don Jazzy's label except that he just needed a move so as to grow as a musician and businessman. He said it is not true that his reconnection with D’Banj influenced his decision to leave Don Jazzy.

“It was my desire to grow and build my own brand, Black Diamond, that made me quit Mavin Records. There is no beef at all. I would have done that when Mo’Hit crisis occurred but the love that I have for my other label mates then made me stay a while to nurture my own project. When I was convinced it is time, then I moved."

He added that it was very easy for him to leave when he left because he never signed any contractual agreement while with the label.

“Everything I did with Mavin, I did it with love. There was no deal. It was strictly done with pure heart for a brother, and I stayed obedient till I left. I am happy now that things are taking shape with Black Diamond."

On being on the same platform with D’Banj as Glo ambassadors, Wande said he is more than happy as it provokes nostalgic feeling.

“D’Banj and I were like 5 and 6 in the Mo’Hit era. He is like a big brother to me from way back. Now that he’s also a Glo ambassador, it gives me warm feeling. It makes me even more happy."

The artiste who is expected to jet out of the country to shoot commercials for Glo said his second album is almost ready and will be released soon on Black Diamond imprints.

What Wande Coal Promises to Do When He Sees Don Jazzy Next Time

Former Mavin Records artiste, Wande Coal, has insisted that he has no grudge against his former boss, Don Jazzy, even though some have insinuated on the contrary.
During his interview with Factory 78 the singer disclosed that he has gotten past the bad way he and Don Jazzy disgraced each other on twitter some days ago.
The ‘Black Diamond Entertainment’ boss also revealed that he will show to the Mavin Records boss that he has nothing against him.
According to Wande Coal, he would hug Don Jazzy whenever he sees him anywhere just to show that ‘old things are passed away, behold, he is now a new creature and things have become new.’
Well, time will tell whether it was sarcasm or not…

I didn't have a Contract with Marvins- Wande Coal Speaks

After the Don Jazzy and D'banj split, i would think Don Jazzy would tie down his remaining artists with a contract but he didnt. Now Wande Coal has exited the Marvin crew in a  controversial manner without respect for the hands and effort that brought him to lime-light. Wande Coal is very talented and all that sh*t but we all know he basked in the euphoria of the success of Don Jazzy and D'banj. The duo worked tirelessly to be No 1 in the industry , taking every other music labels they meant to the cleaners. Listen to his latest interview and hear his reply when asked about the press release of Mavin record concerning his contract termination:
"I mean everybody knows that I'm black Diamond.I've been with Donjazzy for a while now so I just decided to do my own thing. There is no beef.I mean the song baby face was supposed to be on my album ,but since we fell out,it was just there. It was void.I didn't have no contract .I was just there helping.I working on my album and its 95% there."

WOW!!!: Wande Coal Signed To Dbanj’s Record Label

I'm still in shock!, it took about 10min for my shock to reduce, this leads to a lot of questions like, was this planned?, are the Mo-hits crew coming back together slowly?, honestly I know you're confused but its just one of those things these celebrities do to us.

This Information is authentic until it is proven not by both team! The news was passed across by a member of the DB RECORDS which name has been withheld. Wande coal left MAVIN records in June 2013 but he officially left the label after a PRESS RELEASE yesterday. I tried to contact Wande about this story but he decided not to reply instead he stylishly diverted the topic.. well, I assumed my story is true and I can publish since he neither approve nor reject the story.

Having Wande coal on dbanj’s record label will be an embarrassment to DON JAZZY who lost the both of them. This story is yet to be officially confirmed but from our source we heard Wande is now living together with Kswitch in Dbanj’s House. Mavin records now has  Don Jazzy, Tiwa savage, D’prince and DR.sid to show for. Meanwhile, DB records has D’banj, Kswitch, Jsol and now WANDE COAL to boast of. Seems the competition has just started.

Finally, Wande Coal releases original studio demo version of BabyFace he did with Don Jazzy

Like i said yesterday, the song 'Baby Face' by Wande Coal oozes Don Jazzy in all ramification. No matter the additional effect by Chizzy, he should have mentioned Don jazzy's name instead of hailing Chizzy for a work Don baba J did. He should just apologise to Jazzy and move on. Wande Coal's album will definitely be a hit with the quality of singles he has at the moment.Listen to the original studio version produced by Don Jazzy.

Listen To The Banging Song Causing The War Between Don Jazzy And Wande Coal Titled "Baby Face"

I was wondering why Don Jazzy, the master of beats will take to Twitter to diss Wande Coal openly for stealing his song or singing his song without giving him due credit. After listening to the music and following the lyrics,i concluded that the song  is a masterpiece and if indeed it was truly by Don Jazzy, he deserves credit because the song tight nor be small. The song will definitely be a hit. Having listened to Don Jazzy's type of music for years, the song definitely sound like that of Don baba J.

Just a few minutes before dissing Don Jazzy, Wande Coal was spotted with Dbanj at the London heathrow airport, I am just wondering if this was a mere coincidence or there is more to seeing Wande Coal walking Dbanj as he throws shades at Don Jazzy?
