 Despite been two years now, Rita Dominic's 'The Meeting' in which she played a role like never before, is still winning awards.

Rita Dominic and Mildred Okwo‘s 2012 blockbuster “The Meeting” won the Audience Award for Best Film at the just concluded Nollywood Week Paris film festival.

Rita attended the gala in an Ankara dress, which she styled with a black belt and black pumps.

 Top Nollywood actresses Ini Edo and Rita Dominic are at war and according to close friends of theirs, it has something to do with the governor of Akwa Ibom state, Godswill Akpabio.

 He was also said to be dishing out lots of money to Ini Edo. She was also the official link for Nollywood stars who trooped down to the state at every given opportunity, knowing that the governor will surely fill their pockets and they were never disappointed.

The problem between the actresses began when Rita Dominic who Ini gave a link to the governor decided to play smart by always sneaking to Uyo, the state capital, without informing Ini and when she got to know about this, she took it out on Rita and the two have become sworn enemies since then.

Also, Ini Edo is reportedly not ready to forgive Rita for betraying her.

The February edition of Genevieve’s Magazine has been released and the gorgeous Nollywood actress makes front cover.

 Rita Dominic catches the attention of a reader with a full spread on the Magazine but down beyond those gazing eyes are her pain at having to constant make a case regarding why she’s still unmarried.

In a question posed to her about the issue by the Magazine, Rita had this quick response:

“It is not by choice that I am unmarried.”

 She probably is feeling so much pressure of not being married whilst her other colleagues are settled in their marital homes.

I cant wait for this movie to be released, i know it'll be one of the best movies ever, not so sure whether Uti is there but we'll find out later, the movie was directed by Nigerian actor and director Desmond Elliot.

The actors have been sharing some photos and videos from the set of the upcoming movie.

Apparently, Rita Dominic's character is called 'Rosemary Williams', thus, the movie might be titled "Rosemary's Rose". John Dumelo plays the husband, 'George Williams'.
