Tiwa Savage's Fiancee Tunji Balogun popularly known as Tee Billz, wrote on his twitter page at exactly 1:03am on Tuesday that he Can't sleep and he See's Dead People.
Most of his fans who didn't understand what he was talking about took it that Tee Billz has involved himself in some secret things which is why he was seeing dead people.
But he meant something else I think, could be that he is just very happy due to his upcoming wedding with the music star. Who wouldn't?
