I think the answer to the title of this post is pretty apparent from my point of view but i wanna get yours. Ghanaian actress Juliet Ibrahim and UK star singer Katy Perry wore the above same dress but different styles.While i might not like Juliet's red hair for the dress but the dress is definitely more suiting on her body. Who do you think wore the black transparent-paneled Herve Leger dress better?
