Her passion for music was defined at the age of 15 when she became a member of the Church choir. Born originally as Donna Adja and a native of Eku in Delta State, Sexy Donna Diva is a Business Management graduate of the University of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife.
Today as we unveil Donna Diva as Nigeria’s first female artiste cum producer, we also reveal to you that she started off her professional career as the leader of an in- house band at the Sheraton Hotel Ikeja, Lagos in 2006. But in 2011 she left the job to go solo as a recording and performing artiste.
A model, actress and a fashion designer, Donna is also a successful clothing label owner. With her blend of reggae, pop, soul, r&b, rap and African musical flavour, Donna certainly has a career ahead of her.
Her unmatched voice will sweep you off your feet when you listen to her. Her video and single track song titled “Shut Up” is presently rocking most terrestrial and satellite radio and television stations in the country. The video was shot by one of Nigeria’s most sought after video director, Clearance Peters.
