'He only visited Kile once': Usher's ex-wife Tameka Foster claims singer is faking grief

Usher's ex-wife has accused the singer of feigning grief over the sudden death of her son in a bid to win sympathy in their bitter custody battle. Tameka Foster slams the star in newly-filed court documents, claiming he visited his former stepson, Kile Glover, in hospital only once before the 11-year-old was taken off life support. 

According to TMZ.com, Tameka is asking the judge to deny her ex's request to delay their next custody hearing, claiming he is only pretending to need the extra time to mourn Kile's death. Usher, real name Usher Terry Raymond IV, and fashion stylist Tameka, who divorced in 2009 after two years of marriage, are currently fighting for custody of their two sons, Usher Raymond V, four, and Naviyd, three. 

According to TMZ, Usher, 33, requested their August 13 hearing be delayed, claiming heading to court 'in the immediate wake of this tragedy' would cause 'unnecessary stress and strain' for all parties involved. He also fears the court might rule against him in the case in favour of a grieving mother, according to the website.

 But Tameka has scoffed at the request in subsequent filings, claiming Usher's attempt to delay the hearing is 'simply a transparent sham', calling his feelings for Kile 'bogus', reports suggest. The grieving mother claims Usher 'visited Kile in the hospital only once' in the 15 days he was on life support following a freak boating accident last month. 

She also claims Usher refused to tweet a message asking followers to 'please pray for Kile', instead opting to tweet a photo of his breakfast. Tameka asks the judge to move forward with the hearing as scheduled, and claims it will help her to move on from the tragedy, TMZ reports. Kile Glover, Tameka's son with Atlanta-based clothier Ryan Glover, was struck in the head during a jet ski collision while riding an inner tube on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, Georgia on July 6.

Usher's 11yr old stepson declared brain dead

Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond's 11 year old son, Kyle Glover, was critically injured in a jet ski accident on Lake Lanier on Saturday July 7th. Kyle and a friend, a 15 year old girl, were being pulled in an inner tube when a 38 year old man on a jet ski crashed into them, striking Kyle in the head and knocking him unconscious. 

He was airlifted to Atlanta's Egelston Hospital, where doctors battled to save his life. Tameka, who was not in town at the time, was flown home on a private jet chartered by Usher, who remains by her side. 

 Unfortunately now TMZ is reporting that doctors have declared the 11 year old brain dead. He has experienced zero brain activity since the accident. So sad. May God be with them!

USHER'S ALLEGED STALKER HOSPITALIZED for Mental Problems

The woman arrested in front of Usher's house last weekend was later admitted to a psych ward for mental evaluation -- after insisting she was the singer's wife -- this according to law enforcement.

26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was arrested outside Usher's Georgia home Sunday after disobeying a criminal trespass warning -- ordering her to stay off his property. Cops issued the warning the previous day, when Darshelle showed up to Usher's house the first time ... and someone on the property had to call police.

 Now, newsmen has obtained the incident report from Johns Creek PD that describes the events in detail -- claiming when cops arrived Sunday in response to a suspicious person call, they found Darshelle on the front porch using her iPad. 

 According to the report, Usher had spotted her on his surveillance camera and called the police himself. Once they identified her, cops placed Darshelle under arrest for violating the criminal trespass warning -- but according to the report, she was in such a bizarre mental state ... the jailers refused to take her.

 According to the docs, Darshelle kept insisting she was Usher's wife and he makes all her decisions -- which is crazy talk ... because Usher's NOT married. As a result, cops claim Darshelle was taken to Emory Johns Creek Hospital instead, where she was admitted for a mental evaluation. She was released shortly after ... with a copy of the charges against her. Darshelle's due in court next month.
