Jennifer Aniston Sells New York Apartments

Jennifer Aniston is done with New York. Well, at least that’s what one would assume. She recently sold two apartments but unfortunately was hit with a $500,000 loss, a year after purchasing the two adjoining pads for just over $7 million.

 What’s $500,000 when you have millions? The former Friends star gave up her Beverly Hills base last year and made plans to move to the Big Apple, where she grew up, with boyfriend Justin Theroux. Jennifer Aniston recently bought two condominiums in Manhattan’s trendy West Village area and planned on combining the properties to form her ideal home, but, after a brief stint in New York, Aniston decided that Los Angeles fits her better. 

 Jennifer Aniston revealed, “We tried New York (but) it felt like I was (living) in a fishbowl. Justin still has an apartment there… It was a little rough with the paparazzi. It didn’t feel like the New York I grew up in and knew.” Cute. The lovebirds don’t want anyone asking them for their autographs. Poor thing. The prices one pays for fame. The actress recently managed to offload the apartment albeit at the cut price of $6.5 million, according to the New York Post’s Page Six column.

 She’ll have plenty of privacy in Los Angeles. Aniston has since bought a $21 million mansion in Bel Air, California. She can never see another person if that’s what she wants. To each their own, but I would be so incredibly bored.

Jennifer Aniston And Justin Theroux Flaunt Their Relationship

Remember the days when everyone was trying to catch a glimpse of Jennifer Aniston and her mysterious new beau, Justin Theroux?

Well, it seems those days are long gone and Thursday night was no exception. Jen and Justin were snapped arriving at Christie's 20 Rockefeller Plaza for a romantic date night.

The often leather-clad duo have been spotted, often arm in arm, making their love known. It began early this summer during their romantic getaway to Hawaii where they were spotted out together taking in the tropical sights.

As of late, the pair have been caught getting cozy at events, like her Hand And Footprint Ceremony at Grauman's Chinese Theatre back in July, and grocery shopping in New York City earlier this week. It seems every day, photos surface of the lovebirds showing some public displays of affection.

BRAD PITT APOLOGIZES FOR ANISTON COMMENTS

After years of keeping mum on the uglier details of their 2005 split, Brad Pitt finally opened up to Parade magazine with, what some would call, potentially hurtful words regarding his previous marriage to Jennifer Aniston. Pitt was quick to address the mess that came soonafter.

In the interview, Pitt seemingly criticized his five-year marriage to Aniston saying he felt un-interesting and "pathetic" during that time, stating his marriage "had something to do with it."

Almost immediately as excerpts of the article began to circulate, Brad released the following statement to address what he feels is a misunderstanding of his words.

"It grieves me that this was interpreted this way. Jen is an incredibly giving, loving, and hilarious woman who remains my friend. It is an important relationship I value greatly. The point I was trying to make is not that Jen was dull, but that I was becoming dull to myself – and that, I am responsible for."

Brad Pitt: I felt pathetic while married to Jennifer Aniston

It’s been years since his split with Jennifer Aniston, but Brad Pitt is still talking about his ex-wife, this time calling his existence with her “pathetic.”

In an interview with Parade magazine, the “Moneyball” star says he is much happier now with the mother of his six children, Angelina Jolie.

“I spent the 90s trying to hide out, trying to duck the full celebrity cacophony. I started to get sick of myself sitting on a couch, holding a joint, hiding out. It started to feel pathetic,” he said. “It became very clear to me that I was intent on trying to find a movie about an interesting life, but I wasn’t living an interesting life myself. I think that my marriage [to Aniston] had something to do with. Trying to pretend the marriage was something that it wasn’t.”

Ouch.

Pitt continued the interview by gushing about his life with Jolie, with whom he was rumored to have an affair before the demise of his marriage to Aniston.

“One of the greatest, smartest things I ever did was give my kids Angie as their mom,” he said. “She is such a great mom. Oh, man, I’m so happy to have her.”

Pitt added that he is very satisfied with his new life.

“I put much more emphasis on being a satisfied man,” he says of his life. “I’m satisfied with making true choices and finding the woman I love, Angie, and building a family that I love so much. A family is a risky venture, because the greater the love, the greater the loss. That’s the trade-off. But I’ll take it all.”
