World's Most Expensive Divorce Ever, £2.7Billion Payout

Owner of Monaco football club has been ordered to pay a world record divorce settlement of more than £2.6 billion to his ex-wife.

According to Mail online, Judges in Switzerland said Dmitry Rybolovlev, 47, has to give Elena Rybolovleva, who was with him for 24 years, a very precise 4,020,555,987 Swiss francs and 20 centimes.

It follow a six year legal saga in which Mr Rybolovlev, who made his billions through a successful fertiliser business, bitterly contested Ms Rybolovlev’s claims to two of the most expensive properties in the USA and a £100million Greek island.

Now Mr Rybolovlev must sign a cheque for the incredible sum in the Swiss city of Geneva, where Ms Rybolovlev lives in a lakeside mansion.

Bad Boys star Martin Lawrence splits from wife after 17 years together

Big Momma's House star Martin Lawrence has split from his wife. The star, 47, and his spouse Shamicka, 37, have decided to make 'the joint decision to part ways', their representative has confirmed. 

The pair have two daughters together; Amara, 9, and Iyana, 11. A joint statement released by the pair said: 'Martin and Shamicka Lawrence have decided to divorce. 'The couple has made the joint decision to part ways. 'Out of love and respect for one another we will continue to remain friends and raise our two beautiful daughters together.' 

 Martin and Shamicka were together for 15 years before they tied the knot at their Beverly Hills Home in 2010 in front of family and friends including included Eddie Murphy and Denzel Washington.

 The Bad Boys star - who recently completed a stand-up comedy tour of America - has been married once before to former Miss Virginia USA winner Patricia Southall, with whom he has a teenage daughter Jasmine Page. Southall is now married to NFL champion Emmitt Smith.

Heidi Klum made It's official: FINALLY filed for divorce from Seal

Heidi Klum has just finally taken the step of legally filing for divorce from Seal, it is being reported, Heidi cites 'irreconcilable differences' in her divorce petition, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, according to TMZ. According to the documents filed by Heidi's lawyer, Laura Wasser, the couple signed a post-nuptial agreement. 

 This means they made an agreement after they got married to keep their assets completely separate. And so there is no community property to be divided, according to sources Heidi is asking for joint legal custody of their four children, but she wants primary physical custody. Heidi is also asking the judge to restore her maiden name that would be Klum, although she always used it professionally.

Heidi, who is the wealthier of the pair, is asking the judge to reject any claim for spousal support from Seal, and not making such demands herself. And she also makes it clear that she wants Seal to pay his own lawyer's fees.

Popular female drummer,Aralola is single again.

Last week,Ara and her husband,Prince Nurudeen Olalekan Saliu,the son of Oba Oloruntoyin Saliu(the Oloworo of Oworo) ended their 3-year old marriage by Annulment.

Both went to a Lagos Local Government Registry to annual the marriage.

When they first parted ways last July they issued a statement by BlackHouse Media,on behalf of the musician, We’ve been separated since January the musician said then. But because I do not want rumours to start flying,and I think,out of respect,all my friends and fans need to know what’s happening to me,I think it’s right to set the records straight once and for all on this.

We’re no longer together and we’re both happy.We’ve both moved on.I’m single again.But I will not be searching for now.I’ve taken this decision very painfully;and it’s particularly a tough and sensitive time for me and my son.

And I plead with my friends and fans to put us in their prayers at this period.

Ara got married to Nurudeen,a Lagos Prince on June 4,2009 at the Oshodi/Isolo Registry in Lagos.

When she was asked about the break up last November 2011,she was not forthcoming.All she said then was; My marriage crashed in January not because I was a bad mother or wife but I was married to the wrong person was how she put it. We had different beliefs.

I now tell women not to believe that the man will change after marriage.If a man doesn’t change before marriage he will never change.Don’t believe that marriage will solve the problem or that marriage changes people.It doesn’t change people.Well,I don’t want to say much,especially since my ex-husband has political ambition.

Speaking on it could destroy his political ambition.

On if she loves her ex hubby she replied Well,it’s not love but respect.

I don’t love him anymore.I did love him with all my heart.I respect him because of my son.I believe that no matter what happens he’s still the father of my son.

Last week,both Ara and her husband annulled their marriage.

They were both made to write why they wanted an annulment and signed.

They both returned the original marriage certificates and they both left.

We hear her husband has moved on and he has even fathered a baby boy by another woman who he is not married to.

At the Registry,they were told the marriage never existed.

Kenny Saint Brown Divorces Her Husband Again

While the furore caused by her tweet over Witney Houston death seems to have subsided, inspiration singer, Kenny Saint Brown, has decided to formally terminate her marriage.

In case you are wondering how, it may interest you to know that the Turn Me Around crooner is still legally married to Eddy Asiedu Brown. But SS can authoritatively reveal that KSB has filed for divorce after six years. However, as KSB's new single titled Live Your Life hits the airwaves; the sonorous voice singer is reported to have dropped Brown from her appellation.

Confirming this in a chit-chat, the bubbly singer, who now prefers to be called Kenny Saint Best, said: People actually did not know that I had never divorced but just separated.

I think it's the appropriate time to drop the name in order to move to greater things, and I dont want to put it in a way that in-laws would be feeling that it is the name that has been spoiling my image.

I want to say that I have moved beyond the whole saga around me then and my divorce is in totality. I always try to be the best in what I do, and I have been achieving my set goals, so, I am now on going to be called Kenny Saint Best, she announced!

Talking about her new single, she said, This is the remix of a song I did a year ago; it's about me in totality. Stephanie Okereke is not in my Class, She can go and Marry in Heaven

Chikelue iloanusi ,Nigerian ex-footballer and ex-husband of Nollywood star actress ,stephanie okereke has finally talked about his failed marriage to the actress .

He disclosed to a national newspaper in an exclusive interview.Read the excerpts below.

Chike was asked the main reason they broke up ,

she su“ed me for N100m,now the court has thrown out the case”.

He continued:

“If you say I’m married to somebody in America, you have to prove that I have not dissolved the marriage. You have to show the court the document in your possession that proves you are telling the truth about the marriage.

But she didn’t show the court anything. The court said it would allow everybody to go their own way. It said the marriage did not exist, since it did not produce any issue.

She claimed she was feeding me, yet she sued me for N100m where would she have expected me to get the money to pay her? This is a new year. I don’t want to talk about this girl. Life goes on. If you keep talking about somebody everyday and the person doesn’t say anything, won’t you get tired?”

He was asked if he was married as Stephanie claimed ,

he said if he was married to another woman ,she should have sued him for bigamy .

Chike was asked what he wishes for Stephanie ;

“I don’t want her to come out of this one again. I’m not an issue for her. I want her to get married. Even if she wants to remarry, does she have to tell the general public about it? Nobody is stopping her. Everything about life is about upbringing and orientation, but I wish her the best of luck.

I’m not competing with her. She no longer exists in my life. I’m only advising her. I don’t want her to come out of this marriage again. I don’t have to tell the whole world that I’m engaged. I hope she doesn’t come out of this marriage again and start going to newspapers saying the man did this or that to her.

I don’t want anybody to break her heart. It is not as if I cannot respond to everything she has been saying about me in the newspapers, it is just that she is not in my class”

He concluded that he is not jealous of the actress getting married to another man

” Honestly, from the bottom of my heart, I’m not jealous. Why should I be jealous of her? She is in the past. I’ve moved on with my own life. There is absolutely no reason for me to be jealous. Any time somebody asks her anything about me, she will start criticizing me. You can never hear me talk ill about her.

If you ask me, I will tell you she doesn’t exist in my life. We’re not on the same level. I am begging her to go and marry. Some people phoned me to say she would wed in Paris, but I don’t care. She can go and marry in heaven”

Chikelue got married to Stephanie in 2004 before separating due to irreconcilable differences.

Beyonce's parents Mathew and Tina Knowles finally divorce after 31 years of marriage

It's been a slow process, but Beyonce's parents Tina and Mathew Knowles have finally divorced after 31 years of marriage. 

The couple were issued a final decree of divorce in a Texas court last month - two years after stylist Tina originally filed legal papers. 

The couple separated in 2009 after it emerged Mathew - who managed his daughter until earlier this year - had fathered a love child. 

Their original divorce filing was dropped last year after both failed to appear in court, leading Tina to file a divorce petition again in August this year. 

In court documents, Tina, 57, said the marriage was 'insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities' which 'prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation'.

Tina's original divorce filing came just a month after it emerged Mathew, 60, had fathered a child with former Scrubs actress Alexsandra White, who was pregnant at the time. White, 40, gave birth to their son Nixon on February 4 2010 following an 18 month affair with Mathew.
