For dazzling Nollywood actress, Stephanie Okereke-Linus, being physically active can bolster good mental health and help one to manage stress, anxiety and even depression.
She is a believer in regular exercise that helps one to achieve and maintain an ideal weight and she feels happier about her appearance which her buddies do envy.
Recall that Stephanie was inched close to winning the Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria (MBGN) 2002 crown. Her stunning physique and good looks did the magic and she has maintained them always.
If you are still amazed at how she does that to remain her shapely figure, here are tips how she keeps her shape;
“Waking up an hour earlier to exercise in the morning helps me function better during the day. It gives me a better cardiovascular impact; I’m able to have more consistent workouts and more energy throughout the day.
Most people have at least a half hour break during work. That is enough time to squeeze in a short workout. I use exercising as a way to socialize. Instead of going out to eat, I go for a walk or short run with friends and catch up while I’m at it.
I do physical activity which is so important to our lives. I take some time to re-evaluate where I’m spending unnecessary time and focus on doing those important things for my health and fitness”.

The 31-year-old star married her husband, Linus Idahosa, in France, in April 2012. Their wedding was tagged ‘Fairy Tale’.
Since their wedding, the couple has been displaying affection to each other.
Stephanie shared a picture of herself with Linus on her Instagram page, and as we can see from the piece of photograph, the pretty star is enjoying her union.
