Whitney Houston Daughter Set To Marry Her Own Brother

In August Bobbi Kristina Brown was given a ring by her brother-turned-boyfriend Nick Gordon. The giant sapphire stone surrounded by diamonds which Bobbi placed on her ring finger sparked rumours of an engagement, which the couple denied claiming the ring was just a gift.

 However footage taken from the 19-year-old's reality show, entitled The Houstons: On Our Own, has allegedly confirmed that she is in fact engaged to Gordon. 

According to reports on E!Online in the exclusive clip Bobbi, daughter of late singer Whitney Houston, shocks her family when she tells them of her plans to wed Nick. 

The website claim that Brown announces the news as she laughs, saying: 'We're engaged!' In another trailer for the Lifetime show, family members of the Houston clan are seen worrying over Bobbi's relationship with Nick. 

During the clip Gary Houston, Whitney' brother, appears to disapprove of their bond, as he has a heated discussion with Gordon. He says: 'No one knew that from a godson you would turn into a boyfriend.

 No one knew that.' With the 22-year-old stating: 'The family has me out to be a bad person.' And determined to make her family accept her blossoming romance, Bobbi firmly asserts: 'They want to see us fail. We won't.'

Whitney Houston daughter Bobbi Kristina is NOT marrying step brother Nick Gordon

Bobbi Kristina sparked controversy she and 'her adoptive brother' Nick Gordon are set to wed after stepping out with a diamond ring on her wedding finger.

But a spokesperson for the 19-year-old has told MailOnline today that Whitney Houston's only daughter is not engaged and the ring is actually her late mother's.

The rep said: 'Bobbi Kristina is not engaged. She is simply wearing her mother's ring.'

The denial comes four days after Bobbi's representatives were first contacted by MailOnline after reports surfaced that she and Nick were planning on getting married - her publicist did not comment on the claims.

Over the weekend the pair were spotted stepping out together hand-in-hand in Atlanta and last Thursday Bobbi Kristina was seen first sporting the ring as she kissed her beau on a date at a pizza parlour.

As part of Whitney Houston's will Bobbi Kristina inherited all of her jewellery collection.

The denial from the teenager's reps come after reports that her grandmother Cissy Houston has slammed the pair's relationship branding it 'incestuous' emerged.

On Friday Bobbi Kristina, who is mourning the death of her mother, was spotted leaving an AT&T store with Gordon, who Houston raised as her own for 10 years.

The two looked happily in love and held hands as they entered and left the store, in their hometown.

Bobbi gave a nod to her late mother by wearing a Whitney Houston: Nothing But Love tour sweater, with a striped minidress and boots.
