The love chemistry that started between Nigerian singer and representative at the 2012 Big Brother Africa Stargame, Goldie, and her Kenyan housemate at the competition, Prezzo, seems to be grower bigger by the day. 

Not too long ago, the Kenyan rapper relocated to Nigeria ostensibly because of Goldie. In one of his press conferences, Prezzo declared that he truly loves Goldie and would jump at the opportunity of getting married to her if she (Goldie) agrees to his wedding proposal. 

Now, Prezzo has taken his love for Goldie to twitter, which is not a new platform where both 'lovebirds' display love for each other. 

Wsup Prezz? What's the time? Ace♠" Goldie tweeted at Prezzo yesterday. While responding, Prezzo tweeted back and called Goldie first lady, "It's time 2 shine & make em fall in line, 1st lady!" Prezzo replied.

As if that wasn't enough, Prezzo further tweeted to refer Goldie as his best while him being the luckiest guy for having Goldie as his lover. Ur the bestest and I am the luckiest, stay on ur grind and let nothing or no one put u dwn coz ur a star #24K all day errday, Prezzo, who is One Campaign ambassador with JayZ ended his love tweets to Goldie yesterday. 

Goldie and Prezzo have been attending events and some social functions together both in Nigeria and abroad.

The former BBA housemates are currently holidaying in New York City. As part of his new status as ONE Campaign Ambassador, Prezzo was invited to the states late last month to attend the grand opening of the $1 billion Barclays Center where Jay-Z performed eight shows. Akon In Baby Mama Drama in Ugandan

Akon has begun legal proceedings to be recognized as father of his two sons. Akon recently filed court documents last month requesting that he becomes the legal dad of the two children he fathered following a romance with Ugandan Susan Owori while on tour in Africa. Suzan Owori is the sister to fashion designer Sylvia Owori- founder of African Woman Magazine and Zipa Models. 

 “Akon has been a father to the boys since they were born and this is just a neccesary step to make sure he is legally recognised as such,” said an insider close to the star. The 39-year-old has also filed for joint custody of the two children born in 2008 and 2009 so that he can have a role in their life and provide child support.

 Requesting that the boys keep his surname, Thiam, he also requested that his two sons be eligible to inherit from him and be protected from the media. However Suzan Awori insists Akon should first fulfill a wedding criterion before she can fully recognize him as the father.

 “I don’t want my children to consider a stranger as a father, Akon should organize an introduction ceremony to my parents,” said Suzan. It is believed Suzan Owori wants to have the ring on her finger at all costs and that’s why he has given Akon these childless nightmares.

Nigeria Singer Goldie visits Prezzo in Kenya

The singer was in Kenya yesterday to see her good friend Prezzo and also do some press rounds. 

She's currently in Uganda (pictured above with BBA housemate, Kyle, who's a radio presenter in Uganda). From there, she will go to Tanzania, then return to Kenya.

2FACE, D’BANJ, PSQUARE,BRYMO, WIZKID, OTHERS NOMINATED FOR CHANNEL O MUSIC AWARDS 2012

The Channel O Music Video Awards will be talking place on November 19, 2012 and organizers have announced this year’s nominees.

13 Nigerian artistes recieve nods, including pop singers 2face, D’banj, Psquare, Wizkid, Wande Coal, Davido, Mo’Cheddah, Brymo, andOrezi. Higlife singer Flavour, R&B diva Tiwa Savage and rappers Naeto C and Ice Prince are also up for nominations.

Kenyan pop group Camp Mulla who have had a fantastic run in the last year lead the list with four nominations – in the ‘Most Gifted East African video of the Year’, ‘Most Gifted Newcomer video of the Year’, ‘Most Gifted Video of the Year’, and ‘Most Gifted Group/Duo’.

D’banj, Brmyo, Ice Prince and Davido are nominated twice. D’banj and Brymo are however the only two Nigerian acts to make the ‘Most Gifted Video of the Year’ category.

The awards, now in its ninth edition will hold at in Kliptown, Soweto, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Is Goldie displeased with Prezzo’s visit to propose and marry her?

Nigerian singer, Goldie seems not to be pleased with Big Brother Africa StarGame representative, Prezzo’s visit to Nigeria and his subsequent public declaration that he wants to finish a love relation he started with her. Prezzo disclosed to journalists Wednesday at The Place, Ikeja, Lagos that he was in the country to propose to Goldie, his love during the reality show which ended on August 5. 

 Goldie and Prezzo developed an on-and-off love affair while they were contestants at the Big Brother Africa Stargame show which was in its seventh season. The Kenyan rapper disclosed that he was in Nigeria for a serious and unfinished business, which is proposing to Goldie to marry him. He was quoted to have said, "My mission here is to look for Goldie. I have not spoken to her since the show ended. 

I came here for Goldie. In all honesty, I care about her and she cares about me. With God on my side, I pray everything works out well." Although the visit has grabbed media attention in Nigerian and the Big Brother Africa community, no official word has been heard from the woman at the centre of the love rave – Goldie. 

 However checks by Myjoyonline.com at her official twitter handle @GoldieHarvey shows that the bubbly musician is not enthused about the Kenyan rapper’s visit. “Good afternoon madam, is it true that Prezzo is in town?" a fan quizzed with Goldie replying, “I also heard the pope is catholic.

 Is it true?” Goldie twitted later that, “Gone R d days wen a problem shared is a problem solved; nowadays a problem shared becomes a topic of discussion. So keep ur problems 2urself!” leaving the door ajar as to who it is directed to. 

 She again twitted: “Any1 can say anything, after all talk is cheap. But it's in ur ACTIONS dat we'll C ur tru intentions&where ur heart lies.” Fans and the media definitely cannot wait to hear the Say My Name singer, Goldie’s official comments and reaction to Prezzo’s love quest.

Prezzo held a press conference yesterday and told journalists that he came to Nigeria for one reason and one reason only; to find Goldie and maybe 'finish what they started in the Big Brother House'.

 When asked if he planned to propose to the singer, Prezzo replied yes! He's trying to make people believe he hasn't seen or spoken to Goldie since he came to Nigeria...but they definitely have met! But things are a little complicated.

 Prezzo maybe available (he said he's been separated from his wife for over three years now), but Goldie maybe isn't! :-)

Produced songs that showcase African culture, pleads Congolese singer Fally Ipupa

Renowned Congolese Rhumba musician Fally Ipupa has urged his fellow African musicians to sing songs that will highlight the continent’s rich tradition and heritage. Ipupa said Africa has got a lot of talented musical artists hence the need for all them to promote local traditions that will stand the taste of time. 

Speaking at a press briefing in Lusaka today, Ipupa pledged his readiness to work with other local Zambian musicians in the quest to promote the music industry. He has also praised the Zambia National Soccer team for winning the MTN 2012 Africa Cup of Nation trophy and promised that he will dedicate one of his shows to the Chipolopolo boys. 

 The Congolese sensational musician is in the country to perform at the 86th Zambia Agricultural and Commercial show which is being held under the theme, “Building in today’s prosperity”. The show opens its gates to the public today August 2nd to August 6th, 2012. 

 He has since called on all show-goers ton brace for more music as he samples from his latest album entitled “Power” describing Zambia as his second home. Meanwhile, Show Society Sub-arena Chairperson Jembu Chilonga said all is set for this year’s show and urged show goers not to worry in terms of security. 

Mr. Chilonga said the Show Society Organising Committee in conjunction with the Ministry of Home Affairs, has deployed police officers and other law enforcement officers to keep vigil on properties and people that would be reported missing during the show period. President Michael Sata has invited his Zimbabwean counterpart Robert Mugabe to grace this year’s show on Saturday.

BIG BROTHER UPDATE: PREZZO AND GOLDIE MAKE UP!

When Goldie and Prezzo, housemates in the Big Brother Stargame, announced their break up last week, many thought it was going to be permanent, especially since it was the first time Goldie was also calling it quits. 

However, both seem to have thought it over and rekindled their love affair. The pair were spotted early on Tuesday, July 3, 2012, giggling and whispering sweet nothings into each other’s ears. Later on in the evening, they spent quality time in bed, chatting about everything, including the nominations.

 ‘It is going to be very hard. I keep thinking about it‘, Goldie told Prezzo. ‘You have to show Africa you have faith in them‘ Prezzo replied. However, Goldie is unaware Prezzo was one of the two people who nominated her. 

 Meanwhile, Goldie has emerged leader of the Red team, one of the teams Biggie set up for the cooking competition. She will face off with Junia of the Blue team in different cooking tasks throughout the week.

BBA UPDATE:GOLDIE AND PREZZO FINALLY GETTING AT IT?(PHOTOS)

The ongoing Big Brother Africa is becoming more interesting and more wow every day with lots of happenstance. Every romantic moves between Goldie and Prezzo in the Big Brother Africa star game show has been captured from the moment it started. 

For all we care, they have not really moved so close as to 'justify' their 'relationship' asides sleeping on the bed and gisting, they have not really held each other. 

 Yesterday night proved to be different as they went just a step further solidifying their affair ,though with the usual talk, Prezzo made moves to touch...but it was obvious that Goldie was not too down with it as she was using her hands as a guard against her chest most of the time, however, she still played along.

 How far are they going to go with the romance in the BBA star game house? Is Goldie really serious with Prezzo who is got baby mamas? Meanwhile, Prezzo praised Goldie today when he was answering questions from Big Brother yesterday. On his part, Keita, the housemate from Ghana complained about Maneta's moves to kiss him. 

He said she was not respecting his values, insisting that he has a girlfriend, Mildred, and nothing could make him do what she wouldn't like. Where would us this lead them to, today is another night!
