Wow! is this even legal, i mean can she be allowed to say such on air.

 Controversial Fashion Police host, Joan Rivers was in New York City Monday at a bookstore appearance, where she also officiated an impromptu gay wedding between two of her fans, when a reporter asked her if she thought the US would ever see a gay president.

Joan replied:

"We already have it with Obama, so let’s just calm down.”

As she started walking away, 81 year old Rivers added: “You know Michelle is a tranny.” 
When the reporter asked her to confirm what she had said, Rivers said:

“A transgender. We all know.”

So Inappropriate : Joan Rivers Calls Kim And Kanye’s Baby North West An “Ugly Baby In Need Of.....

 It Seems no one is safe from Joan River's poisonous tongue. Not even Kim Kardashian’s seven-month old daughter, North West, who the comedienne ripped in her latest stand up show.

While entertaining her audience at the Saban Theater on January 17th in Los Angeles, reports say Joan Rivers, made a joke of the little baby, calling her “ugly.”
80 years old Rivers was trying to explain how the Kardashians had recently been in the E! offices
with baby Nori when she said:

    That baby is ugly… I’ve never seen a six-month-old so desperately in need of a waxing,”

Her audience laughed though but a lot of people who weren't at the venue think the joke was so inappropriate and i do too.
