Read Empress Njamah Response To Timaya’s “Negative” Comments

Since the Timaya and Empress saga or drama, i believe i have been impress with how the actress kept her cool despite so many negative comments from the public about her.
If you were expecting the Nollywood actress to give her own robust reply after music star Timaya said dating Empress Njamah affected him because she “has a negative record”, you’ll be disappointed.

Punch recently contacted the actress to speak on Timaya’s comments. In the phone conversation, she revealed “People who are mature can depict what is true and what is not. I am not ready to say anything.”

On if the comment bothers her: “Why would it bother me? It is one thing to be hurt over such statement and another thing to be disappointed. I wasn’t hurt and I wasn’t even disappointed. Worst things have been said and written about me but the people who know who I am would tell the difference.”

She also revealed that she is more interested in her life at the moment rather than talking about “what doesn’t make sense”.

“I am more involved with my birthday and celebrating it with the orphans and the less privileged. I am better off talking about this than to talk about what is not important. I am too busy making money. People who know you will always know how positive you have affected their lives. I am surrounded by so many people who have shown me love so there is no reason for me to be pained.”

Dating Empress Njamah Affected My Life Negatively - Popular Nigerian Singer

 

Well its not unusual to dislike your ex, but just thinking and how will she react to such, will she come out to give new information on their relationship?, anyways when two stars end break-up it usually isn't quiet nor peaceful.

 

Timaya has come out to say his relationship with controversial actress, Empress Njamah had a negative effect on his life. This revelation was made by the self acclaimed Egberi Papa 1 of Bayelsa recently.

In 2009, the lovers broke up in a very bad way. It was also reported during that time that Timaya was allegedly beaten seriously at a church in Lagos when he tried to let loose his anger on the actress.

Speaking in an interview, the singer advised that, “you should not date somebody who already has a negative record. In my own case, it affected me at that time. I feel that a relationship should be between two people and not exposed to the rest of the world. Only a smart man is able to keep his relationship private.”

However, Empress has said that there can never be a reunion between her and Timaya stating categorically that the dude is her past.

In a recent  interview with ShowBizplus, Nollywood actress, Empress Njama was asked, if she could settle for a rich or poor man? This is what she said..

I’m not going to tell you what I want. But you get into an expensive shop to pick up something because you can afford it. You see something you can afford, then you buy it but if you cannot afford it, take a walk. The goods are for someone that can afford it, that’s the best I can tell you. I will not settle for less, my sister and that’s the truth.

People come and tell you all sort of lies and want to praise themselves and say “I can marry a poor man” the poor man no know wetin him see, abeg!I dey tell una say I am a real person, we all have been through tough times, we all have paid our dues one way or the other. So no poor man must get close to me. Those who know the worth pay the dues.
