The rapper is being taken to court by concert promoter Heavy Rotation after fronting the bill on his MANY problems with the law.
2011 was supposed to be the year of DMX: Part Deux, but those plans went down the toilet.
X had two very ugly child support disputes and a traffic violation, preventing him from leaving the States. Heavy Rotation dropped loads of cash to help DMX but things got shady after awhile.
DMX started hiring managers to book shows, violating his contract with HR and his lien on the passport was never lifted, causing shows to be canceled and tons of money disappearing.
Now, it's time to collect and HR wants $749,285 and they want it
