50 cent is being sued for an alleged violent attack on a woman at his home, TMZ is reporting. The case is peculiar because the famous rapper was not present when the alleged crime took place.
The lawsuit targets Dwayne McKenzie, who was employed by the rapper at the time of the incident; although what he specifically did for the "Ayo Technology" star is not known.
The plaintiff, Vasti Ortiz, was invited to an event at 50 Cent's Connecticut mansion, where McKenzie allegedly made "graphic and vulgar" s*xual requests of one woman. When Ortiz attempted to leave, she claims she was badly beaten by another woman while McKenzie held her down. Ortiz claims 50 Cent should have known about the criminal past of his associate.
