Thinks LINDSAY LOHAN Shouldn’t Be Playing ELIZABETH TAYLOR In Biopic

After obsessing over the coveted role of the late actress, Lindsay Lohan finally got her dream role as Elizabeth Taylor in the upcoming biopic “Liz and Dick“—but Rosie O’Donnell definitely thinks that she can’t do her character justice. In fact, she shouldn’t be doing it at all!

Lindsay Lohan Accused of Nightclub Drink-Tossing; Michael Lohan Defends Daughter

Troubled star Lindsay Lohan was the instigator, aggressor and drink-tosser in her latest nightclub melee ... according to a witness who is probably lying. We've been tough critics of Lindsay in the past, but piling false accusations on the girl is becoming a major sport in Hollywood these days. Cut the BS.

The witness, who was with the other girl involved in the latest altercation with Lohan, says the whole thing began after a major misunderstanding.

The girl was hanging out at the booth next to Lindsay's when Lohan tapped her on the shoulder aggressively and asked, "Did you bump into me?" The girl denied the bump, and suggested the real culprit could have been one of the guys in Lindsay's group.

She then pointed to one of the men. Lindsay replied, according to the witness, "That's my dad ... why would he bump me?" The girl then shot back, "You go clubbing with your dad?"

Los Angeles judge sentences Lindsay Lohan to 30 days in jail for probation violation

A judge on Wednesday sentenced Lindsay Lohan to serve 30 days in jail for a probation violation.

Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced the actress for violating the terms of her release by being terminated from a community service assignment at a women's shelter.

The actress acknowledged she violated her probation.
Sautner imposed a complicated sentence on the actress, telling her that she will now have to perform all of her community service at the county morgue or risk serving an additional 270 days in jail.

The actress' sentence will be shortened due to jail overcrowding.
The judge also ordered Lohan to continue undergoing counselling sessions and kept the actress on a short leash. The judge told Lohan she must report back to court in December, January, February and March for updates.

Lohan will also get a new probation officer that Sautner said she has ordered to report any violations directly to the court. If Lohan fails to comply with the new sentence, Sautner said she would immediately send the starlet to jail for the remaining 270 days of her sentence.

It will Lohan's fifth jail sentence since being arrested twice for drunken driving in 2007. The 25-year-old last served 35 days on house arrest on a four month jail sentence.
Sautner revoked Lohan's probation at a hearing nearly two weeks ago.

The judge had asked prosecutors to calculate how long of a jail term the actress would have to serve if she is formally found in violation of her probation for misdemeanour drunken driving and theft cases.

Sautner, who is the fifth judge that Lohan has faced since her first arrest in 2007, has expressed exasperation with the actress and California's budget-strapped jail system.
The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office advocated jail time for the actress, however spokesman Frank Mateljan declined to provide further details.

Lohan's spokesman, Steve Honig, declined comment before the hearing.
The "Mean Girls" star has been reporting to the Los Angeles morgue regularly, which Sautner ordered her to do at the last court appearance. The judge had sentenced Lohan to serve 120 hours doing janitorial work at coroner's office in April, but expressed hope that the actress would benefit from working three times that amount of hours at a women's shelter.

Lohan was terminated from the shelter program after failing to show up nine times at the centre. She told her probation officer the assignment was not fulfilling, according to the actress' probation report.

The actress' morgue service has not been without drama — she was turned away the first day after showing up 40 minutes late. She has shown up early several times since then. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter declined to characterize how Lohan's service was progressing Tuesday.

The former Disney star has been sent to jail, rehab, counselling and community service numerous times since being arrested twice for drunken driving in 2007. Her probation on that case is nearly over, but her release remains supervised after Lohan in May pleaded no contest to misdemeanour theft for taking a $2,500 necklace without permission in January.

Lindsay Lohan to clean mortuary for two weeks

She should be in the prime of her career, posing for magazine shoots instead of prison mugshots. But Lindsay Lohan has been subject to her FIFTH mugshot in just four years at the tender age of 25.

Today, a tearful Lohan was led away from court in handcuffs and taken into custody after a judge blasted her for violating probation.

The troubled actress previously had the embarrassing photographs taken on July 24 and November 15 of 2007 and later again on July 20 and September 24 of 2010. The first mugshot was taken three weeks before filming was scheduled to resume on Poor Things, when Lohan was arrested for a second DUI and ordered to return to rehab.

The second was when she served a grand total of 84 minutes behind bars following her DUI. Her third photograph came after she violated the terms of her probation and was sentenced to 90 days in jail - she served just 14 . The fourth came after her probation was revoked following a failed drug test, just before attending the Betty Ford Center for three months until early January 2011.

Lohan has had her latest probation revoked pending a November 2 hearing after Judge Stephanie Sautner slammed her for failing to complete time at the Downtown Women's Centre.

The Mean Girls star is now understood to have been released after posting $100,000 and will not spend time behind bars - for now, at least.

The outcome is pending the November hearing, which was scheduled by the judge today, where the court will hear further testimonies before deciding on the course of action.

Lindsay was formally arrested in court today and taken into custody after Sautner revoked her probation. On her booking sheet, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department accidentally listed her s*x as male, and detailed how she weighed 116lbs. Sautner said Linsday should serve 16 hours at the morgue on clean-up duty between now and her next court hearing in an attempt to mitigate the current situation.

The actress had been sentenced to 480 hours community service earlier this year as part of her punishment for stealing a gold necklace from a jewellery store. During the hearing, Sautner asserted Lohan had managed to wilfully get herself kicked off the programme by cancelling on the women's centre nine times.

Lohan welled up as her lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman fought her corner, pointing to the 'glowing report' by the Probation Service. But despite Lohan completing some volunteer work this week at the Red Cross, the judge ruled it as void because it was not part of the sentence she had specifically stipulated at an earlier hearing.

She says Lohan should have gone to the morgue for clean-up duty to complete some of the hours of community service instead - which was the second part of the probation Sautner had originally stipulated. 'Nobody has the power to change my sentence,' said an incredulous Sautner
