On June 4, Kefee's family officially confirmed the news that she was in coma, with her husband begging Nigerians to pray for his wife.
According to report, Kefee is 6-months pregnant and was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, i.e. pregnancy induced high blood pressure.
A Nigerian medic Dr Adeyefa, however revealed that Kefee's life could be in serious danger, saying if the foetus had been 9 months, it could have been removed, which would save both lives, of the mother and the baby. Source
