Jackie Appiah, Becca, John Dumelo, hundreds more stranded in Brazil

Yesterday, some shocking photos were released of some Ghana celebs including Jackie Appiah, John Dumelo, Beca, etc who are among Ghana’s ambassadors to the 2014 World Cup stuck at the airport in Fortaleza, Brazil after the crucial Ghana – Germany game. The story behind the photos is that their flight was delayed till 5 am and they had no choice but to sleep at the airport. The Ghana fans slept like refugees at the busy airport in the full glare of other nationals. There were threats to deal ruthlessly with the committee respon­sible for their appalling situation when they touch down at their home base in Natal. The fans made deafening noise to display their anger until they were flown back to their Natal base on Sunday morning.   culled
