Some of us have been patiently waiting for the new console, been watching videos of demos, praying for it to come out earlier than its meant to but your long wait is now over cause its here. The last of their console was the Playstation 3 in 2006.
Sony launched its PlayStation 4 tonight across North America at thousands of midnight store openings.
The company’s next-gen console is now on sale for $400 at retailers around the country (it comes out Nov. 29 in Europe). Sony held its launch event in New York at the Standard High Line Hotel in Manhattan, where the Japanese company rented out the whole hotel and put up a cool light show of video game scenes on the walls.
More than 500 fans showed up to be the first to pick up their pre-ordered PS 4s at the Standard. The earliest fans to show up came on Wednesday, which means they waited in the cold for more than 24 hours.
Regardless of the fact the game hasn't been out for more than 24hours major stores have already ran out of stock, anyways go and grab yours and for a next-gen gaming console the price seems to be on the low side
